glance:
The
Saudi IT Security Forum 2004
took place on 29
February 2004 at the Intercontinental Hotel, Riyadh. The event attracted more
than 500 participants. The keynote speech was presented by Mr. John Schwartz,
president of Symantec. The program of the Forum included some presentations and
papers delivered by specialists from: the National Guard, Ministry of Interior,
King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, Communications and Information
Technology Commission, Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, Saudi Telecommunications
Company, Saudi Aramco, and Saudi Computer Society. An exhibition associated with
the Forum was held for 11 companies who exhibited their latest products and
services.
